Hotel's Policy

Minimum check in age is 23
Pets Allowed (with extra $20).
Check-In time is anytime after 3PM. (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed) Checkout time is before 11AM. This property considers guests aged 17 and under, at time of travel, to be children. Children will stay free in the same room as their parents; however, charges for additional bedding may apply.

Payment Policies Deposit Information

Your credit card is not charged during the booking process. It is merely utilized to hold your reservation. You may pay by credit card, debit card or cash upon Check-in. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel will authorize the credit card prior to arrival. This may act like a charge, but it is merely to hold an amount on your credit card as our guarantee which expires after a short period. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation immediately.

Walk-In

A valid credit card or Cash $150 deposit required on the top of rooming charges.

Cancellation Policies

Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival and group reservations 14 days prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations received after this time may result in billing of one night room charges plus taxes. Cancellations can be made by calling our property and please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records. Cancellation policies are subject to change.

Currency Conversions

All rates are confirmed and will be charged in Canadian Dollars. The exchange information listed here is a guide only. As currency exchange rates will fluctuate slightly on a daily basis, the hotel cannot guarantee a specific rate of exchange.

Pets

Pets allowed with extra $20 per night. Any trace, mark or evidence of pets found in the room you stay in will result in direct charges on the credit card provided for cleaning, controlling and utilizing the room. If any pets are found in the room during your stay without informing to Front Desk, you will be asked to discharge the room without a refund.

Smoking

There are few rooms only designated to smoking rooms, if guest smokes in non-smoking room there will be a $100 penalty and will be charged to your credit card.

Extra guests

The rates quoted by our system are based upon your selections chosen for the # of Adults and Children. Any extra persons up and beyond your stated quantities may be subject to charges and the availability of accommodations for extra guests is not guaranteed.

Rollway Beds and Cribs

There is an additional cost of $10 per night for each Rollway Bed (only provided if available).

Please call us or make note of your request in the "Special Requests" field to reserve these items in advance due to limited supply.

Parking

Parking is complimentary at our property.
